Learning Delivery is responsible for facilitating instructor-led training (ILT), evaluating courses, and managing training processes associated with ILT.
Demonstrates knowledge of adult learning theories and best practices.
Consults with customers to identify development needs and collaborates with appropriate partners to recommend solutions.
Demonstrates knowledge and effective use of presentation/facilitation tools, techniques, materials, etc.
Possesses knowledge of and experience in using training system technologies and classroom tools.
Adapts classroom management/teaching techniques 'on the fly' to a wide variety of classroom situations.
Uses effective questioning and probing skills to adapt and modify delivery.
Provides feedback on course design and content to Instructional Design & Development (IDD) team.
Provides feedback to class participants and business leaders on participant's performance while in training.
Maintains relationships with key stakeholders and SMEs to ensure operations support for training delivery as well as feedback to keep training content current.
4+ years of experience in learning development and delivery, required.
3+ years of experience in people management, preferred.
Bachelor's degree in related field
Strong experience in design, implementation and facilitation of learning and development programs
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Experience in stakeholder management
Experience in project management and/or involvement in process improvement initiatives/projects, preferred
Willing to work on hybrid set-up and during US business hours
Supervises the team of facilitators responsible for developing and delivering learning across multiple geographies and/or business segments, including new hire onboarding and continuous learning experiences.
Leads the training delivery and certification process for new hires and upskilled team members to enhance their knowledge, skills, and expertise.
Creates and maintains the training schedules, types of training provided, and delivery strategies. and communicates to key stakeholders.
Assists in evaluating business learning requirements by assessing competency gaps, performance metrics, employee surveys, and customer feedback.
Helps to design, develop and implement training solutions that are performance-based and align with the business segment's priorities and strategies.
Manages the utilization of various learning techniques, which include classroom, bite-sized learning, e-learning, and other blended learning methods.
Ensures that the training materials align with standard operating procedures and knowledge articles.
Provides facilitators with coaching, mentoring, and observation based on their needs.
Assists in the development of mentors (Learning Ambassadors) and gives them regular feedback.
Proactively works with key stakeholders to resolve problems to drive a positive customer outcome.
Prepares and delivers business reviews to key stakeholders using data points, key training, and business performance metrics.
