**WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR**
**General Responsibilities**
- Generally responsible for the supervision of staff and all functional and administrative activities of the warehouse.
**Specific Responsibilities**
- Overall In-charge of receipt, movements, shortage and delivery of cargoes in the warehouse.
- Ensures that resources are maximized through proper scheduling and monitoring of day-to-day warehousing activities such as, but not limited to, receipts of goods, put away to storage locations, cycle count and issuance of goods for delivery to the consignee/customer.
- Conduct Daily Toolbox Meeting.
- Monitoring of Operations Monthly KPI.
- Directly communicate with other department for operation issues and concerns.
- Ensure that all equipment is 100% operational and functional.
- Monitor performance in conformance with company policies and procedures, provide coaching or assistance, recommend and implement personnel action when applicable.
- Prepare reports (warehouse utilization, Incident Report, Humidity and Temperature) and send to all concerns in timely manner.
- Implements ISO policies and procedures, instilling the concepts of Quality work to his Staff.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the facilities.
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
- Ensures that safety and housekeeping guidelines are established in line with Health Safety Security Environment Administrator policies to preserve quality of the goods and to avoid accidents/injuries that would delay the operations.
- Prepare and present monthly QEHSS report and update
- Implements all directives issued by Management and ensure Staff compliance.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
