Responsibilities:
A Hub Supervisor oversees the dispatching and efficiency of delivery operations. Responsibilities include managing delivery teams, ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining vehicle safety, and optimizing routes.Responsibilities includes:
-Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers
-Supervise and manage delivery drivers and other staff
-Maintain and update delivery schedules and routes
-Resolve any issues or concerns related to delivery and logistics
-Track and report delivery metrics and performance to management
-Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
-Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery operations
-Train and mentor new delivery staff as necessary
