The Supervisor for Engineering & Technical Service (Electrical Engineering) is a leadership position that requires the successful candidate to join a multidisciplinary team of hardware developers. Its primary responsibilities involve providing support to management in directly supervising the daily operations of the R&D Hardware and Technical Service within Electrical Engineering Team. It also entails a) collaborating with management to attain the company's objectives concerning quality, cost, delivery, and continuous improvement; b) Closely coordinating with fellow designers to create alternatives and options for advancing projects and products; and c) Assuming responsibility for tasks such as engineering documentation, estimation, and process enhancement.
Responsibilities: Receive design data concepts, estimate budget, make activity plans and schedule. Disseminate tasks to team members.Monitor the progress, status, and potential issues of each project.Review electrical designs and analyze potential design concerns and discuss with team for possible countermeasures.Check necessary engineering documents such as electrical and electronic specifications, block and wiring diagram, harness drawings and routing.Monitor and validate the electrical design from trial up to mass production process.Facilitate Design Change Concept for quality improvement and VAVE activities.Provide technical support for any electrical related concern during trial and mass production.Train and mentor new hires and continually develop the skills of existing team members.Regularly evaluate team members and identify areas of improvement.Support in design process on certain tasks to achieve project goals.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the immediate superior, as they relate to the job title and description, on an as-needed basis.
Required Experience:
Must have a degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related Engineering field.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role in the gaming industry is required.
