Subject Matter Expert (Sme)

LOCATION: CEBU PHILIPPINES
JOB TITLE: SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT (SME)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Equipped to handle all queries related to reservations, ticketing, redemption, products and services, complaints and grievances, special handling, flight disruptions, booking changes, refunds etc.
Desirable Skills:
1.
Grads/undergrads with 2 years completion in college and able to produce TOR.
2.
HS Graduate w/ at least 6 mos SME/QA experience
3.
If no SME experience, min of 5yrs bpo experience in a Travel account
4.
Flexible to work in a 24X7 environment
5.
Willing to work onsite
