Subject Matter Expert (Sme)

Be an SME!!!
- Must have atleast a leadership experience as an SME, Asst Team Lead, etc
- Background in CSAT account is a plus with knowledge about KPIs, SLAs
- Must have experience in directly dealing with clients

**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
