Work set-up: Onsite in Alabang
Shift schedule: Shifting

Non-negotiable Requirements:
At least 2 years completed in college/College Graduate
2 to 3 years experience as an SME in a BPO setting
Experience in handling escalation calls.
Experience with ticketing tools is a plus
Excellent oral and written communication and listening skills
Can start ASAP

Nominal Salary: To be agreed
