Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Subcontractor to manage and oversee a team of skilled construction workers on various building projects. The Subcontractor will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed according to project specifications, timelines, and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with the main contractor or project manager to ensure clear communication and smooth operations:
Order and manage the necessary materials, tools, and equipment for the project:
Address any issues or concerns that arise on the job site, ensuring quick and effective solutions:
Conduct quality inspections to ensure workmanship meets the project's standards:
Keep accurate records of labor hours, materials used, and project progress:
Ensure that all workers are properly trained in safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment:
