Student Relations Officer

The Student-Relation Officer (SRO) is responsible for the professional and smooth relationship between the management and students by making sure that the student engagement is implemented.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Maintain professional relationship with the students and management by**:

- maintains and keeps records of all students in all courses\
- create and maintain student files and database records including termly checks of mobile phone numbers and other contact details
- updates and coordinates students and the team for necessary changes in schedules and other class related matters
- organise and prepare financial reports on sales expenses, professional fees of instructors and outsourced individuals/professionals, inquiry reports and final sales report to be forwarded to BCAA accountant, School Administrator and Business Manager
- prepare reports consumables in classes
- keep students' records as necessary
- spearhead regular and extension barista classes
- provides general admin assistance if needed
- helps in preparation during special functions like catering, seminars, trainings, and demos if needed
- other functions may be assigned by management from time to time
