Accounting Intern**
**A.
Job Description**
1.
Assists in bookkeeping work.
a.
Records accounting transactions in the Cash Receipts Book
b.
Records accounting transactions in the Cash Disbursement Book
c. Records adjusting journal entries
d. Posts summary of transactions in the GL and SL
e. Creates Trial Balance

2.
Assists in preparing tax schedules:
a.
Value Added Tax
b.
Expanded Withholding Tax
c. Withholding Tax on Compensation
d. Percentage Tax
3.
Assists in preparing financial statements
4.
Assists in preparing bank reconciliation schedules and other supporting account schedules
5.
Assists in organizing the working paper folders and and files

The above JD may be assigned in whole or in part depending on the scope and extent of assignment

II.
**Office Management Intern**
A.
1.
Assists in organizing and filing of folders.
2.
Assists in creation of folders
3.
Assists in disposing of folders
4.
Assists in formulation of filing policies and related office policies
5.
Assists in typing, photocopying and other clerical work

**Job Type**: OJT (On the job training)

**Salary**: Php100.00 - Php120.00 per day

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
