The Strategy and Innovations Manager spearheads the data gathering, analysis, and ideation needed for the formulation of short, medium, and long-term strategies of the organization. Working with the management team, he/she ensures initiatives are properly aligned to allow for the goals to be met, and will ensure that both the content and spirit of the strategic plan are being implemented through continuous performance monitoring, analysis and recommendation.
As an Innovation Manager with strategic visibility, he/she has a responsibility to expand the revenue streams and improve processes to help the company achieve its financial objective.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Spearhead the organization-wide strategic planning. Lead industry study, market trend, competitor analysis and internal analysis to identify the leverage points and watch-outs of the organization in identifying key strategic imperatives. Scorecard Management - Develop and maintain Playbook: - To ensure that all Business and Support unit plans are linked to each other and to the corporate strategy;
-To ensure that strategic plans are being implemented through continuous performance reporting, analysis and recommendation.
Attend networking events, conferences, talks, seminars, and other activities that will allow the Strategy Specialist to grow his or her competencies, meet potential business partners, or create potential business opportunities for the organization in line with the strategy. Ad hoc Decks and Presentations (Board, Thought Leadership, etc.) Expansion of product portfolio – launch new viable products as new revenue stream for Yondu. Partner Management – Manage 3rd party partners – principals and vendors adjacent to the product; Lead product strategy for the new products that he/she manages, GTM. Revenue generation coming from new revenue streams – Sales support; Manages pricing with Principal and client offers. Marketing and lead generation – Position the new products in the market. Generates passive and active leads. Handles telemarketing. Provides sales collaterals to help close deals JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Education – Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent
Related Experience – Minimum 3 years of solid experience in Corporate Strategy and Product Management Skills – Microsoft Office Soft Skills: Proactive self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset Analytical, decisive and data-driven Flexible, adaptable, and quick thinking Extremely organize and reliable Your application will include the following questions: What's your expected monthly basic salary?
