Strategic Research Development And Incubation Manager (Iloilo)

Required Education and Experience : Graduate of four (4) years course preferably related to Statistics, Marketing, ProductDevelopment and Mathematics.

Preferably experience at least 5 years in Bank operation and Microfinance.Summary / Objective : The main function of the Research Head is the overall management of SRDI activities including but not limited to a research survey, incubation, product prototyping, pilot testing, and operational analysisEssential Functions : A.

Administrative Function : 1. Recommend to the management new products and technology relevant to banking operations.2. Update the President on any project activity and product development and incubation timelines.

3. Coordinate with other Bank Departments on other matters that require their attention / action.4. Coordinate with the Consultant if any regarding project requirements.
