Strategic Planning Manager

The Strategic Planning Manager works in an office environment, occasionally traveling to meetings and conferences. The role may require extended hours to meet deadlines and planning cycles.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in strategic planning tools and software (e.g., SWOT, PEST, financial modeling).
• Collaborative work style, strong leadership, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
• Implement strategic plans, conduct market research, and collaborate on business strategies.
• Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities and risks, and prepare strategic reports.
• Lead strategic projects, coordinate teams, and monitor project progress and performance.
• Establish and track KPIs and analyze data for improvement recommendations.
• Gather stakeholder input and communicate plans and progress to executives and the board.
• Assess and allocate resources for funded and staffed strategic initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement process improvements in strategic planning.

Work Location: Salcedo Village, Makati
Salary Range: 50k to 70k + Benefits
