Strategic Manager

This position is responsible for driving growth and expansion opportunities for the Ed-Jire Herbal Products through strategic planning, market analysis, and business development initiatives which involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and executing plans to achieve organizational objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitive threats. 2. Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion. 3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, alliances, and acquisitions. 4. Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing customers to maximize retention and satisfaction. 5.Collaborate with sales and account management teams to ensure alignment of business development efforts with client needs and expectations.6.Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients or partners. 7. Analyze financial data, performance metrics, and revenue forecasts to evaluate the feasibility and profitability of new business opportunities. 8. Make data-driven recommendations to optimize resource allocation and investment decisions.9. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the business development team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
