Store Technician

TIHIK. COM CORPORATION is a private company that engaged in franchising of food chain outlet- CHOWKING.

Job Summary:

- Responsible for handling all technical problems and concerns in stores/restaurants, including inspection, installation, repair, troubleshooting, and conducting preventive maintenance of equipment and other store properties;

- Shall be assigned in different store branches, depending on the given schedule or urgency of needs

- Responsible for ensuring that all technical aspects of the stores/restaurants are functioning correctly;

- Directly reports to the Supervisor/Manager; coordinates with other co-employees for work-related concerns through Immediate Superior and HRADOCM.

Qualifications/Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant training preferred

· Proven experience as a technician in a restaurant or similar environment

· Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

· Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Physical stamina to lift and move heavy equipment

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

· Preferably with personal motorcycle
