Store Team Leader

Team leaders work on their feet. They are walking, standing and sometimes hurrying through several busy peak hours with little chance for rest. They do some lifting as well, and some restaurants require table-side cooking ability. Captains interact with the public constantly, so they must be neatly dressed, well groomed and unfailingly polite, even through awkward or uncomfortable encounters with dissatisfied customers.
