Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Staff Supervision: Oversee and lead a team of sales associates, including recruitment, training, and performance management to ensure high productivity and adherence to company standards.
2. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, address and resolve customer concerns, and create a positive and engaging shopping experience.
3. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels effectively, conduct stock audits, and ensure accurate stock replenishment to optimize availability and minimize shrinkage.
4. Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance, set achievable sales goals, and develop strategies to drive sales growth and meet targets.
5. Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
6. Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, loss prevention protocols, and all company policies.
Desired Qualifications:
1. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a store supervisory role, with a strong background in managing store operations and leading teams.
2. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to effectively supervise, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates.
