Store Supervisor

Manage the branch in accordance to the standards in quality control, safety, hygiene, and sanitation.
- Implement the company policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent guest experience and guide staff in providing a high level of service.
- Well versed in Inventory, Staff Management & Customer Service.
- Must be have Administrative and Operational Efficiency.
- Must be willing to do cashiering functions.
- Prepare all reports as required by the Management.
- Properly monitor the stock levels and cash management.
- Monitor and manage product and labor costs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: *
- Graduate of any four-year course preferably Business Management or equivalent.
- With at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
- Honest & hardworking.
- Willing to work on long hours.
- Must be willing to undergo 3-months training.
- Must be willing to relocate in any branch.
Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Catbalogan, Samar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Store Management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
