Store Supervisor

>Directly reporting to Zone Head/Area Head
>Act as a Store Head in the absence of Store Manager
>Creating sales goals
>Managing inventory
>Supervise and training staff
>Assist and develop good customer relationships
>Excellent communication and organizational skills
>Strong leadership and people management skills
>Responsible for opening and closing the store
>Manage store's cash and check sales collections for deposit and assume custodianship of store funds such as loose change fund and petty cash fund
