Store Supervisor

Ensures growth and profitability of the company by providing quality customer and employee support services; guarantees operational efficiency and optimal performance of staff inside the store through selling, effective supervision of store's transactions, constant monitoring, proactive team management and development and consistent in reporting sales to management.
- Determines team strategy to reach sales targets by reviewing inventory movement of all product categories
- Achieves financial objectives by achieving and monitoring daily sales targets of outright and consignor items, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
- Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing relationships with potential and actual customers to understand their product/service requirements
