Store Supervisor - Fishermall

Details of the offer

- Will directly manage the store from all aspect of management and will be reporting to Area Sales Managers and to VP-Retail Operations
- Will represent the store in the Monthly Sales Meeting/Business Planning
- Knows how to analyze the brands and to look for possible effective strategies that could help the store in reaching their set quota
- Coordinate with the store staff to ensure sufficient inventory versus the targeted sales
- Knows how to effectively communicate with the staff, vendors, mall admin and 3rd party agencies/Coop
- Maintains optimal customer service and compliance with the company standards
- Encourage store staff to interact with customers and build up their personality and confidence
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs. Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
- Has strong Customer Service Skills
- With good interpersonal and communication skills
- With strong Store Management Skills
- Willing to work on retail store hours
- Must willing to be assigned in Quezon City.
