**JOB SUMMARY**
Responsible for the accounting of all cash and check payments and remittances in the store, and monitoring of all cashiers and POS machines they use.
Prepare all the necessary reports including deposit slips.
Achieves sales target for Gift Certificates within a specified period.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- Graduate of any Four-Year Course preferably Accountancy or any related Course
- Minimum of 2 Years Supervisory Experience in a service-oriented Company

Good knowledge and understanding of the cashiering administration.
**FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
**1.
CASHIERING OPERATIONS**
- Ensure that daily cash collections are intact and deposited on time.
- Ensure that the revolving fund is complete at all times.
- Ensure the availability of change fund for daily operations and manage petty cash fund, and prepares replenishment when it reaches its limit.
- Monitor and account the issuance and sales of gift certificates.
- Check validated deposit slips against cash deposited.
- Monitor and ensure the efficiency of all cashiering transactions.
- Ensure proper use of all equipment and machines related to cash operations and recommends repair and replacement
- Monitor controllable expenses related to cash operations and implements ways to minimize cost.
- Monitor accounts, and safekeep of account-able forms and records.

CUSTOMER SERVICE**
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Attend to customer inquiries and complaints for immediate action and solution related to cashiering activities.
- Follow up customer outstanding account, credit card payments, and reconciles with Credit Services Department.
**3.
OTHERS**
- Maximize the use of available resources (JDA/server).
- Prepare and submit the required reports on time.
- Perform other functions as may be assigned by the immediate superior form time to time.
**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
