Store Shift Leader - San Antonio Valley, Parañaque

Description
- Ensure all store operation processes run effectively and efficiently base on standard operating procedures
- Ensure that all store personnel under him/her are well rounded in the performance of their job.
- Ensures achievement of given store target on a daily
- Ensure proper receiving of stocks, proper storage and proper display
- Ensures proper implementation of all store promotions and give feedback with regard to response of customers
- Handles store personnel and ensure proper grooming, greetings, and performance of tasks
- In-charge of the total security and cleanliness of the store for the welfare of the customers and employees in general

**Qualifications**:

- Must be a graduate of any business related course
- With 2-3 years leadership role experience in any retail business
- Has solid experience in merchandising
- Can travel to submit requirements on our Imus Office.
- Ready for a phone or/and video interview
- Willing to be assigned in 8778 San Pedro St. San Antonio Valley 2 Brgy.
San Isidro, Parañaque City
