Store Shift Leader - Greengate

Ensures all store operation processes under him/her shift run effectively and efficiently base on standard operating procedure.
- Ensure that all store personnel under him/her are well rounded in the performance of their job.
- Handles store personnel and ensure proper grooming, greetings, and performance of tasks
- Review and document damages and ensure appropriate disposal process
- In-charge of the total security and cleanliness of the store for the welfare of the customers and employees in general

**Qualifications**:

- Preferably graduate of any 4-year course
- Work experience is a plus but not necessary
- Can travel to submit requirements on our Imus Office
- Ready for a phone and video calls for the series of interview
- Willing to be assigned in Greengate - LOT 23 & 24, BLK 20, GREENGATE HOMES 3, MALAGASANG II-A, IMUS, CAVITE
