STORE ROOM CLERK FOR FOOD MANUFACTURING COMPANY- SAN JUANSalary Range : P 18,000.00 – 20,000.00
Graduate of any 4-year courseAt least 1 year experience as Storeroom ClerkWith SAP background is an advantage but not required SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Receive and check accuracy of all incoming deliveries of spare parts, supply materials and
examine its corresponding supporting documents.
2. Coordinate the incoming of delivery to various departments.
3. Monitor inventory of spare parts, office supplies, consumables and other items.
4. In-charge in the issuance and recording of inventory in the storeroom.
5. Daily preparation and filing of Material and Control Department's documents.
6. Daily transmittal of documents to various departments.
7. Conduct Periodic Cycle Count.
8. Daily encoding in the SAP system.
9. Assist in year-end physical inventory count.
