Store Retail Sales Executive In Cebu

Job Description & Responsibilities

- Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance and assist with discovery of electronic cigarettes.
- Educate adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products, about the e-cigarette product and conduct a guided trial
- Perform seamless purchase transactions, assisting with customization and database registration & after-sales services
- Provide exceptional customer service experience by executing product diagnosis, returns and replacements in line with the company's consumer-centric principles

Qualifications:

- College Level
- Confident & Charismatic
- Good to Excellent English Communication Skills
- Have Sales/Retail Sales Work Experience
Work Status: Regular Employment

Work Deployment: SM or AYALA MALLS in Cebu
Work Status: Regular Employment
Schedule: Rotational / Shifting Schedule | 5-6 days per week
Work hours: Follows the mall hours
