Store Merchandising Buyers

Job description- actual, relevant experience from retail department store merchandising, as Buyer- has done actual Buying activities, including sourcing of vendors, sourcing of merchandise, negotiation with vendors, preparation of Purchase Orders, monitoring/ tracking of supplier deliveries, monitoring/ tracking of movement of merchandise (sales) at store level- familiar and well-grounded re: buying for merchandise under the above listed 8 departments- background in JDA MMS system an advantage- must have good math and analytical skills- good negotiation and communication skills, required- willing to work on-site, and conduct regular weekly trade area buying (i.e. going out on field to local and foreign trade areas, example of local trade areas include Divisoria, Baclaran, Taytay, and locations of garments factories, showrooms, etc.), as well as schedule trips for store visits (note: We have stores, located in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao)- background in JDA MMS system an advantage- must have good math and analytical skills- good negotiation and communication skills, required- willing to work on-site, and conduct regular weekly trade area buying (i.e. going out on field to local and foreign trade areas, example of local trade areas include Divisoria, Baclaran, Taytay, and locations of garments factories, showrooms, etc.), as well as schedule trips for store visits (note: We have stores, located in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao)Schedule:- 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Senior High School (preferred)**Experience**:- Merchandiser: 1 year (preferred)
