JOB TITLE: STORE MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must possess at least a Bachelor of
Science in Hotel and Restaurant
Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in the
related field is required (Team Leader, Asst Restaurant Mgr, Restaurant Supervisor, Shift Manager, Management Trainee)
- with experience in handling banquets
- Ability to work in flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- MS Office (Word, Excel) familiarity.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional organization and leadership skills.
- Dependable and reliable.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the development and achievement of the store business objectives such as Sales and Probability targets, customer satisfaction & Food Safety and Cleanliness standards; People Management and Development; and Store's adherence to operating system and standards and compliance to all government requirements.
Salary: 16,750.00 plus 6K-8K incentives

Work Schedule : 5x/ week
