Store Manager (Retail Home Goods)

Qualifications: · Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
· 2-5 years of Operations Management or Inventory experience
· Extremely well-organized and detail-oriented
· Ability to extract reports from departments.
· Leadership skills
· Highest level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
· Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
· Strong sense of urgency with proven ability to multitask.
Responsibilities: · Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
· Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
· Managing the Retail & Corporate clients teams
· Purchase materials, plan inventory and efficiency.
· Will oversee the flex between Purchase Order creation, Sales Order & Sales Invoice creation, and Inventory & Warehouse Logistics.
· Reports to the CEO/President
