Store Manager

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role (2–5 years recommended).
- Experience in sales, inventory management, or customer service is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for staff and customer interactions.
- Ability to handle complaints and challenging situations diplomatically.
- Understanding of sales principles, budgeting, and forecasting.
