Job description Responsible for the achievement of store objectives and operations business targets through efficient, effective, and innovative leadership.

Major Responsibilities: 100% achievement of store sales plan through timely and proper planning and communication with key support groups and consistent implementation of corporate and store initiatives on sales building and sales growth. Provides feedback/updates to the team, its sales performance and generates recommendations and intervention on how to effectively implement selling strategies. With the new normal, the Store Manager shall implement applicable on-site and off-site innovative revenue-generating initiatives, such as but not limited to online selling, handling of corporate orders, etc. Recommends the stores budget and ensures that such is met. This pertains to budget on major operating costs through monitoring and implementation of cost-efficient initiatives at all times, involving specific support groups as needed for the successful implementation of cost-savings measures. S/he shall also ensure that the number of employees in the store during the operations hours is within the allowable headcount specified in the mandated flexible working arrangements. Timely and consistent monitoring and implementation of inventory management service level indicators to ensure accuracy of inventory and security of merchandise both in the selling and stockroom areas. Ensures the highest level of customer care and satisfaction by practicing the set customer service standards while attending to customers' inquiries and needs. As part of the positive customer journey and implementation of social distancing, He shall ensure that the number of customers inside the store is within the allowable limit at all times during the store operations hours. Qualifications: Graduate of any 4-year course. With 1 year of related experience preferably in retail. Has knowledge of store operations, visual display, marketing, data analysis, sales building needs analysis, and inventory management. Good oral and written communication skills. Will be assigned in our Expressions Pagadian branch, located inside Gaisano Capital Pagadian City.
