-PLEASE ATTACH YOUR CV/RESUME- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manages the performance, development, and engagement of the store team to ensure effective and efficient daily operations of assigned store/s.Understands customer profiles and needs of assigned store/s to provide appropriate suggestions for sales building initiatives and enhancing customer experience.Develops and implements store level initiatives to ensure compliance of assigned store/s with set store operating standards and procedures in consultation and approval of his/her immediate superior.Ensures timely and accurate updating and review of store dashboards and trackers to spot opportunities for generating sales and growth, managing shrinkage, identifying areas for improvement, and to provide suggestions for possible action planning with his/her immediate superior and appropriate support groups.Analyzes challenges and issues encountered within assigned store/s and provides appropriate solutions to resolve and prevent recurrence. JOB REQUIREMENTS Graduate of any Bachelor's/College degree, preferably in Business Management, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing. ?Must posses at least 3 years relevant working experience in retail sales operations in a leadership capacity. ?Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager of a food retail organization may be
considered. ?
-Must manage the daily operations of assigned store/s independently with minimal
supervision. ?
Has strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills, preferably with strong attention to details, results driven, and time management. ?Is able to work well in teams in a fast-paced and changing environment. ? Can maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues of all levels.
