Duties and Responsibilities: Must ensure monthly achievement of financial target for Motorcycle sales (Cash & Installment Basis), SPAO (Spare Parts, Accessories, Apparels & Oil) Sales and Service Shop Income through efficient & effective utilization of resources. Must ensure proper implementation of Credit Investigation & Collection Policies & Procedure in order to ensure quality portfolio and minimize risk. Plans, monitors & controls inflow and outflow of stocks in the branch, including fixed assets, equipment, office supplies, motorcycle stocks, SPAO, service shop machines & tools, and must safeguard them from loss or damage. Ensures proper & timely preparation & submission of loan folders and documents to ensure on-time booking & immediate payment of accounts and other claims to financing. Must ensure effective management & safekeeping of branch petty cash and collections (cash & checks intended for the payment of motorcycle, SPAO, and service fees for the company or to financing). Ensure proper implementation of customer management program which includes the conduct of customer satisfaction surveys, processing customer complaints, and store image management. Must implement programs & measures to improve store image, cleanliness & orderliness of the workplace and productivity. Job Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): Selling Skills, Administrative Skills, Management, Leadership. Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent. Familiarity with the operations of the Motorcycle industry. Ability to handle operations and branch personnel. Knowledge of how sales and marketing work. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to multi-task. Job Type: Full-time
