Store Manager

The Store Manager is responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and driving sales by persuading customers/patients to make purchases. This role drives customer engagement, provides in-depth product knowledge, manages inventory, and accomplishes established sales targets.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee the daily operations of the store.Ensure store operations run smoothly and effectively.Motivate sales teams, create business strategies to achieve goals, and train new store personnel.Assist in manpower planning and talent development.Provide analysis on retail organization systems processes.Drive sales results and commitment to customer service for all store personnel.Instill and enforce discipline and compliance among all store personnel.JOB REQUIREMENTS: Willing to be assigned in Sunglass Station by Vision Express - Mactan-Cebu International Airport.Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field is typically preferred.Minimum of 5 years exposure in the retail industry and function-related work experience.Experience in managing and developing staff is a plus.Good understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.Customer-oriented with the ability to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, including handling complaints and resolving issues effectively.Knowledgeable of sales and marketing strategies.Ability to identify and resolve operational issues, such as inventory discrepancies or staffing challenges.Familiarity with retail management software, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and basic computer skills is required.
