QUALIFICATIONS:6 months to 1 year of Management Trainee/OIC, Team Lead, Supervisory or Managerial experiencesExperience in Beauty and Wellness Industry or Retail is an advantageCollege graduate/at least college level/graduate of any 2-year courseCustomer service orientedWith team management skillsSales orientedAmenable to work in a mall working hoursResponsibilities:Customer ServiceFocus on customer relationsEffectively handle and resolve customer complaintsSales and Cash ManagementWork with Area Sales and Operations Manager(s) to achieve monthly sales target and performance metrics.Safekeeping of cash sales.Establishes clean and challenging sales objectives by conducting daily huddles.Local Store MarketingOversees local store marketing (LSM) activities as designated by the Head of MarketingEnsures that all in-mall and in-store marketing collaterals are displayed at the appropriate locations and monitored as to expiration of display.People ManagementCommunicate information about new products, services and company promotions, training his team to offer the same to the clientsPerforms coaching and mentoring sessions with team members to achieve performance standardsManage training schedule of team members to ensure they undergo required corporate training.Promote culture of discipline in the storeQuality Store OperationsMaintain salon organization and sanitation, inventory control, security and asset protectionWhat's in it for you?Direct hiringAllowanceIncentivesCommissionTipsComplete government benefitsPositions are subject to regularization and promotions
