QUALIFICATIONS:6 months to 1 year of Management Trainee/OIC, Team Lead, Supervisory or Managerial experiencesExperience in Beauty and Wellness Industry or Retail is an advantageCollege graduate/at least college level/graduate of any 2-year courseCustomer service orientedWith team management skillsSales orientedAmenable to work in a mall working hoursCustomer Service Responsibilities:Focus on customer relationsEffectively handle and resolve customer complaintsSales and Cash Management Responsibilities:Work with Area Sales and Operations Manager(s) to achieve monthly sales target and performance metrics.Safekeeping of cash sales.Establish clean and challenging sales objectives by conducting daily huddles.Local Store Marketing Responsibilities:Oversee local store marketing (LSM) activities as designated by the Head of MarketingEnsure that all in-mall and in-store marketing collaterals are displayed at the appropriate locations and monitored for expiration.People Management Responsibilities:Communicate information about new products, services, and company promotions, training the team to offer the same to clientsPerform coaching and mentoring sessions with team members to achieve performance standardsManage training schedule of team members to ensure they undergo required corporate training.Promote a culture of discipline in the storeQuality Store Operations Responsibilities:Maintain salon organization and sanitation, inventory control, security, and asset protectionWhat's in it for you?Direct hiringIncentivesCommissionTipsPositions are subject to regularization and promotions
