Store Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement business strategies to drive customer growth and profitability.
Train and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through quality service
Oversee store administration and compliance with policies.
Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Analyze buying trends and propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
Conduct performance appraisals and address staff and customer issues promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven success as a retail Store Manager or Restaurant Manager from any QSR (Quick Service Restaurant).
- Customer service and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field..
