>Directly reporting to Store Head/ Zone Head/Area Head
>Maintain all store standards and operations
>Supervise and train staff
>Meeting sales goals
>Assist and develop good customer relationships
>Managing store inventory
>Manage store's cash and check sales collections for deposit and assume custodianship of store funds such as loose change fund and petty cash fund
