Duties and responsibilities

? Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

? Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.

? Motivate the store crew to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.

? Train and oversee new staff.

? Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.

? Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.

? Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.

? Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.

? Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.

? Monitor inventory.

Job Skills and Qualifications

? Minimum 2 years in College (if undergraduate). Preferably, Graduate of any 4-year Business Course or equivalent.

? At least 1 year working experience.

? Work Experience in retail industry is a plus.

? Strong leadership and customer management abilities.

? Customer service-oriented with knowledge of basic business management processes.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Must be analytical and critical thinkers

? Must have entrepreneurial skills

? Ability to manage people.

? Can work in shifting schedule, weekends and holiday.

? Trustworthy, Reliable with work ethics and high integrity.
