Responsibilities include, but is not limited to:
Takes charge of the entire operation of the store, and implements Company policies and procedures.
Maintains, creates and enhances overall brand image through store up key of visual and merchandising standards.
Trains and develops store personnel on "excellent customer service".
Motivates store personnel in achieving monthly sales target.
Oversees cash on hand, such as have been complete and available for pick up by the Head Office representative

Oversees cash-on-hand, such as cash sales,petty cash and change fund.
Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Overtime
- Weekends

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

COVID-19 considerations:
All employees are required to wear a face mask and required to undergo an antigen test on the first day of employment.
Should have at least 2 vaccination.
Ability to commute/relocate:

- Butuan City, Argusan del Norte: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
