Store Crew - Tiger Sugar (Taguig)

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu.
- Ensure store cleanliness daily.
- Handle guests' concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to store policy.
- Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a corporate dress code.
**Job Qualifications**
- at least 1 year experience required for food handling or customer service is appreciated
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent ability to follow established procedures to deliver consistent, high-quality products or services to the customer
- Proactive attention to detail that motivates double-checking orders and making records of information when necessary
- Strong customer service skills, especially with regards to the resolution of complaints
