Assists Store Head in day-to-day management of the store & team to achieve sales, inventory & compliance goals.Acts as OIC in the absence of Supervisor Acts as Store OIC. Can be assigned as Store Trainer to new hiresActs as Fund custodianMonitor daily store sales to achieve sales targetsEnsures merchandise availability through daily monitoring and reordering as neededMaintains excellent store merchandise displays, compliant to standards & approved store layoutAdheres to the latest ACE protocols and e-guidesMaintains store cleanliness & ensures store selling assets are in working conditionEnsures delivery of fast and accurate counter service and monitors compliance of cashiers with counter operations process guidelines and policiesResponsible for opening and closing clearing procedure of the storeEnsures inventory accuracy by checking for damaged and missing items, and execute proper action
