Stockman

The stockman is responsible for ensuring the warehouse inventory is adequate.
Receives stocks for warehouse, sub-fanchisee and shop-to-shop transfers.
Clean and maintain work area.
A stockman's job is to manage a company's inventory levels, receive and process incoming stock, and organize the storage area.
They are a key part of a company's supply chain management team.
RESPONSIBILITY:

Receive and process stock: Ensure that stock arrives on time, is undamaged, and is allocated to the correct areas

Organize storage: Keep the storage area clean and safe

Track inventory: Keep accurate records of items received and shipped, and track inventory changes

Manage inventory levels: Monitor stock levels and ensure data records match the actual inventory levels

Replenish stock: Place purchase orders with suppliers to replenish stock

Conduct audits: Conduct audits to ensure products are easily accessible for restocking
