Stock Room In-Charge

*Maintain accurate records of stock items, update inventory levels, and perform regular stock audits to ensure accuracy.
*Monitor stock levels, reorder supplies as necessary, and prevent overstocking or stock outs.
*Oversee the receipt of incoming goods, inspect them for damage or discrepancies, and ensure they are stored correctly.
*Process orders, pick and pack items, and ensure timely dispatch of goods to the relevant departments or customers.
*Maintain proper documentation for all stock movements, including receipts, transfers, and disposals.
*Ensure that the stockroom is well-organized, clean, and safe, and that stock is stored in a manner that allows for easy access and retrieval.
*Generate regular reports on inventory status, stock movements, and any issues related to stock management.
*Work with the procurement team to coordinate deliveries and returns, and with other departments to forecast inventory needs.
