Stock Custodian

Receive stocks delivered by suppliers based on receiving procedures and guidelines

Stores all received items to its proper storage area

Issuance of materials based on "Requisition Form by Kitchen/Pastry/Cafeteria/Pantry

Organize storage areas according to food safety and sanitation standards of the company

Monitors stock movement and does requisition of running low items

Maintains cleanliness and upkeep of all storage areas

Prepares stocks for according to department request

Does monthly inventory of all stocks, including food, non-food, cleaning supplies, packaging materials and equipment

Keeps storage records and compiles stock and inventory reports

Communicate with the Admin/Purchasing for ordering request

Other duties as assigned by management

**Qualifications**:
College level/graduate or equivalent

At least 1-2yrs experienced is an advantage

Knowledge of Basic Food Hygiene

Knowledge in the computer systems and reporting

Can start ASAP

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
