Salary Range:
Php34,000.00 to Php36,000.00

Job Responsibilities:
Assists in the forecast of supply and demand to obtain information useful in improving the level of stocks monitoring
Assists the Planning & Inventory Consultant in managing purchasing budgets, delivery scheduling, stock movements and allocations
Assists the Planning & Inventory Consultant in stock and freight costing.
Coordinates with the Planning & Inventory Consultant in managing inventory requirements.
Ensures implementation of regular conduct of stock take (per quarter or annual schedule) and immediately provides the management/operations team with the Inventory Report with analysis
Ensures that prices and item description in the operations software are updated or matched with warehouse and accounting software.
Liaise with Australian Operations for stock requirements
Maintains accurate record of inventory and stock management systems according to set standards
Maintains, monitors and updates the Supplier
for Payment G-sheet as basis in the weekly Cash Flow ReportOversees Inventory Assistant pertaining to inventory related transactions
Oversees the functionality of company's electronic inventory system from data entry to generation of reports and to provide suggestive solutions in improving the reliability of data for management and operations team use
Performs reconciliation of inventory records as and when it is necessary or instructed by the Planning & Inventory Consultant, Accounting Head, and Management
Provides accurate and timely stock analysis reports - monthly, quarterly and annually.
Performs review of the stock analysis (monthly, quarterly and annual) with the Accounting Head and Planning & Inventory Consultant
Job Specifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering; Logistics, or in any related field
Proven work experience as a Stock Controller or similar role
In-depth knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Has the ability to work well with customers, and other team members
Advanced computer skills and experience with databases and spreadsheets.
Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail, math?s, and multi-tasking skills.
