Stock Arrival / Checker

Job Qualifications:

At least College level in any course
Must have at least 1 year related experience

Job Descriptions:

-Ensure the the arriving goods match the descriptions on stock arrival list
*Quantity
-Type of Item
-Color Temperature
-Labeling

QUALITY INSPECTION:
Loading & packaging issues such as whether boxes are easily dented and report it to the packaging team.
Any physical damage or defects on the items in coordinator with warehouse team
Keep record of batch number/serial numbers currently recorded by warehouse, can request copy.
Prepare an item list for the tech team to test upon arrival.
Keep a record/monitor defects and damages, replacement requests, including client complaint reports provided by the tech team. Ensure that all concerns are addressed immediately and resolved.
