Your Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers regarding retail products and orders.Assist with order processing, including tracking and handling returns and exchanges.Provide accurate and detailed product information to customers.Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.Document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
