Job description:
Customer Service Representatives handle concerns and complaints regarding goods and services.
In addition to assisting consumers with returns, upgrades, and purchases, they frequently offer guidance and technical support.
They typically do their business from residences, call centers, or office settings.
Qualification
-At least HS Grad/SHS Grad
-No work experience required (BPO experience is an advantage)
-Good to excellent communication skills
-Basic computer navigation skills
-Willing to work on site
