Job description:

Customer Service Representatives handle concerns and complaints regarding goods and services. In addition to assisting consumers with returns, upgrades, and purchases, they frequently offer guidance and technical support. They typically do their business from residences, call centers, or office setting

QUALIFICATIONS:

- at least HS Graduate
- with 3 months experience in Financial or Banking industry (BPO/Non BPO)
- above average to excellent communication skills in English
- willing to work in shifting schedules
- amenable to work onsite
